The “Dimensioneer”<\/strong> series explores a question that has stayed with me: Are there patterns that remain while everything changes?<\/p>\n In a world that is constantly changing, I keep asking myself whether there is a principle that underlies everything. The “Dimensioneer”<\/strong> series of pictures is my attempt to explore this question in more detail – and to make my own perspective on the continuity of change<\/strong> visible. <\/p>\n Every image in this series is about return and shift: forms, patterns and information transform, dissolve, reappear and rearrange themselves. I see this everywhere: in nature, which changes with the seasons; in technology, which continues to develop; and in the way the past keeps turning into the future. <\/p>\n I am interested in the point at which change not only means “new”, but also continuation<\/strong>. The pictures are intended to show that the external appearance can change while the basic structures remain the same – or sometimes the exact opposite: stable on the outside, already in motion on the inside. <\/p>\n This work has reminded me that change is not only a reality, but also a source of creativity, growth and renewal.
