A “monkey mind” lives inside me – a swarm of restless monkeys that jump from thought to thought in my head. Every whisper, every screech is an echo of my inner chatter that never quiets down. My mind is a tangled jungle, alive and wild, a constant jumble that fascinates and challenges me. I am the living image of this restlessness, caught up in the dance of my own tangled thoughts.
